These terms apply to Her Pep, an iPhone app made by Anish Moonka ("we", "us"). By using Her Pep you agree to them. The app is also licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where the two differ, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
1. Not medical advice
- Her Pep is a tool for keeping track of your medication, shots and progress. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
- It does not tell you what dose to take or when to change it. Always follow your prescriber and the instructions that come with your medication.
- Medication level charts, goal dates and other projections in the app are estimates for illustration, based on published information. They are not measurements of your body.
- If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
2. Subscriptions
- Her Pep needs an active subscription to use. The plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in the app (Settings, then Manage subscription) or in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Your data
What you log stays on your iPhone, as our Privacy Policy explains. Because we do not hold a copy, we cannot restore it if your device is lost or the app is deleted. The app lets you export your data at any time.
4. Using the app
- You must be 18 or older to use Her Pep.
- Use the app only for your own personal, non-commercial tracking, and do not try to copy, reverse engineer or interfere with it.
- The app, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors.
5. Disclaimers and liability
Her Pep is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions about your health made using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Her Pep after that means you accept the new terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
