How do I cancel my subscription?
In the app: Settings, then Manage subscription. Or in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Her Pep. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
I bought Her Pep but it is asking me to pay again.
On the plans screen, or in Settings, tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where is my data?
Only on your iPhone. We never receive what you log. You can export it at any time in Settings, then Export my data.
How do I delete my data?
Settings, then Delete all data. This removes everything you logged from your iPhone. It does not cancel your subscription.
Does Her Pep work with Apple Health?
Yes. If you connect it, Her Pep reads your step count to show your daily activity. It writes nothing to Apple Health.
Can Her Pep tell me what dose to take?
No. Her Pep keeps track of what you and your prescriber decide. Always follow your prescriber's instructions.
